Hi! Started from a 250 and I'm still here lol
Hello everyone! I just recently bought myself a 2013 CBR250R and started ridin'. I enjoy my lovely CBR250R, she's my first CBR love. Been ridin' for about...3 mons. And I love it every time more and more. I don't have many biker friends so I decided to join these forums so I can talk bikes with people who know about em. Lol.
I decided to start on a 250 cuz I'm a small lady (5'0 less than 100lbs) and I figured that was the way to go till I got my confidence and experience up.
I'm in the New England area, so anyone local down to go for a ride with me and wouldn't mind it if I stalled a few times...let me know! lol.
Looking forward to hangin out here...

Yea Cali is def way's away lol. There's a bunch of riders here, they usually gather up in groups and ride together. But I feel better riding with just one more person or alone. That way I don't feel judged ha. I've gone for a few rides with a friend of mine but he likes to show off and leaves me behind a lot. Lol.

^ +2 on what he said, I also got a lady friend (notice the gap ) that has had the same problems with other riders. If they can`t repsect your riding skills and try to push you too far to your limits you need to find other ppl to ride with as that is the shortcut to the ditch.
Anyway welcome to the forum, sorry can`t help you with the riding company as I`m even a bit further away (northern europe) but hopefully you`ll find someone to ride with! Just take you time and get to know with the bike properly, try throwing it to the twisties and find out what it and you can and cannot do, experiment with body positions while cornering and discover the difference between body positions etc.
And most of all stay safe and have fun!
