The paint is aftermarket. Though the light deceives, it really only just, just mismatches the tank. Without the standard 1000 decals..
It did come arrived for the $800.00 US that I paid for it in 2010 with the stock saddle as well which I sold on ebay for a hunnerd bucks.
And the tank bag is such a fixture, that I feel naked without it.
You'd probably win that duel

Yeah, I love my tank bag too. Camera, phone, pair of shoes so I look slightly more respectable in a coffee shop, map and watch in the clear section on top.
Couldn't live without it.
We're probably better off doing consecutive ROTM months. I think we could probably both drum up enough support to score a Hurricane win two months in a row.
My old girl was $300, and a lot of very generous work from my older brother. Ended up around $1200 on the road.
Must admit the first couple of years were not without issues, but we seem to have now settled into a comfortable space; where each of us know what is expected from the other.

I still have the shoulder strap for my old tank bag.
Felt silly using it at the shopping mall.
