A slight change of plans?
Itching to do the N.Cascades as soon as my new chain and sprockets arrive.
Might not be a possibility due to forest and brush fires occurring about mid-loop and effects almost all routes home.
Plan B? Hwy 101, which is becoming my favorite, from Tacoma through Olympia and all the way around the penninsula to Cape Disapointment, WA and to Astoria, Oregon.

Where did you go?
I finally saw the Reno trip thread (palm to head)
Just realized that I can time this whole loop in order to catch the AMA Grand National in Castle Rock, WA. Aug first
