Perhaps having spent a few months in France has swayed me............

Here's an ex-pat Kiwi coming to terms

Still think I'd give Kiwi TK a handshake though

Cheers, SB

OK, that's about enough (friendship bracelets etc).

Let's just end this thread right now before I become tempted to ask Shadow to marry me.

An appropriate close out tune I think?

Carebears ? Matti they were so 1980's, you need to get with us hip and happening guys from the 60's.

The Monkees, Green Acres, Petticoat Junction, Beverley Hillbilies, F Troop etc.

They would so just stomp all over your Carebears.

And I've also just remembered Gilligans Island, that was a total piece of crap too.

And another thought : The Andy Griffith Show, which was the launchpad for a very young Ron Howard.

Worlds most successful ginga, followed closely by NZ's Scott Dixon.

Wouldn't exactly categorize any of those as cute 'n snuggly... I remember back when I was a wee kid like no more than five I used to watch that. They're airing them again at a cartoon channel here, some times when I've tried to stop my son from screaming hus head off and nothing else's been on I've tried watching it with him to shut him up but usually after a minute or so I'm feeling so queezy from all the syrup that's oozing from the tv set I just put on a car shiw or whatever and let him scream as I rather listen to that. Lucky me he normally stops the tantrum right when there are bikes cars or any loud heavy machinery on the screen

Matti, I think most of us round this part of the woods have been through what you're going through.

My girls are now both in their twenties and making their own way in the world. They are both home this weekend to visit us, which is a very rare treat, probably last home together about three years ago.

Enjoy the time you have with your lad, he will grow up and leave home quicker than you can imagine.
