Devastating news here in the Gulf of Maine , fishing is severely restricted

Looks like riding the bikes and golf are the only options worthwhile

I love playing golf, I had the course record at my local club, 11 stubbies for 9 holes but I was swinging the club like an axe on the 9th.

^ lmao

We'd be right in the handicap Jarvid !

Back about catchin' the fishies - plan now is - inshore for stripers (Ocean Bass) and
Mackerel no problem catching mackerel which most Americans don't eat but I love
smoking them in my barrel smoker and vacuum sealing for winter consumption for
that matter I love most smoked fish so if anything else comes off the hook I'll throw
that in the smoker too.

nothing better than a fresh mackerel (I don't eat them) but on boat trips they have been pulled in straight to the pan.
got out yesterday for a canal session just a skimmer (bream hybrid)

Lucky man Wheelnut, I have to stop by town hall tomorrow to grab a license so I can
hit the bridges here over the York River.

it seems my good lady is very understanding sprock when it comes to my pastimes, I have been known to go out fishing in the morning then home jump in to my leathers and disappear for the afternoon on the cane
but that said she does enjoy the time shopping
