Hmmmm, kinda yes and kinda no.

It looks very sole purpose, and that purpose would be very much the kind of thing that would attract the interest of the local constabulary.

Now I know what to do with my Tron riding outfit. I was only wearing it to church (people behind you get offended if you don't take the helmet off).

True, but demerit speeding points are just a pain the a5re any day of the week.

My understanding is that "Total Motorcycle Coolness" doesn't necessarily earn you less demerit points.
