Default Bike runs but not good

Bought a 96 cbr 600f3 needing work it runs but not over 55MPh back fires a lot found a few components missing like the air filter valves (2) and hoses not put in the correct places could that be the issue or would it be more to it

Post your question in the F3 section, probably get more responses. Air filter valves, not quite sure what your talking about. Also, a lot of people remove the slow speed ram air, which might be why your hoses dont appear to be where they should.
