I just flushed the radiator and the antifreeze that was in her was super super clean with no sludge or particles so I probably didn't even need to do that, do you happen to have a part number for that wax unit?

You need to rebuild it. If the case is no good:
16502-MAT-E01 CASE SET, WAX
