Default F4I I need help

OK so I bought this stunt bike with a bad engine, took it all apart got new engine and got it running nice. my wiring harness was kind of cut up and some sensors like the bank sensor and the kick stand sensors were bypasses before hand. So i removed the main harness and re-taped the whole thing so it would look nice. I put it all back together and now when i turn the key no fuel prime. It was working perfect before hand but not its not and all i did was re tape the harness and replaced the connector that goes from the starter to the relay. Ive checked all the connections and i have it all plugged in right. I used jumper cables to the fuel pump and it works, so i kno its an electrical issue. any ideas?

One of the big grey connectors that goes to the front fairing is required for the fuel pump to work. If I remember right when I put my bike back together, there is a second plug of the same size you can get mixed and plug each to the wrong one. You might want to look around for similar plugs that could have gotten reversed.
