Default Different Clutch Noise

alright guys, ive got a new clutch noise i wanna ask you about. when im riding at any speed above 40 or so, i hear as noise when i pull in the clutch. as im coasting down the road, i hear an intermittent rubbing noise. it goes on and off as long as i have the clutch pulled in, and also when im in neutral, but changes with the speed that im going (going faster=faster speed of rubbing). it doesnt just do it once, but keeps doing it on as long as the clutch is engaged. it kinda sounds like the normal noise that your disc brakes make from just rolling around (the slight friction noise of the pads slightly pushing on the rotor), but its coming from the engine. as soon as i start to let the clutch out, the sound goes away. anyone ever heard of a noise like this?

might be just your chain against your sprocket. When you pull the clutch in it lowers engine noise so you can hear it. just a thought. Maybee clean and oil your chain and see if that helps.

Patient: Doctor my elbow hurts when I do this
Doctor: Don't do that

Why would you coast? You could leave yourself hanging out there if you needed to get on the gas. Too much to think about (rpm matching, clutch engagement, turning, object avoidance, target fixation, etc.)
