I've one leovince titanium pipe

Someone stole me the leovince sticker, stole or broke because he want...and I decided to put one riveted










So, I need to drill twice and I havent got any idea if I can do it or not


how can I do it? any special driller? any special care? could I break the pipe?

and, can I do it without removing it from the bike?

if you have experience with titanium pipes or not, I would be greatful
