If it looks like one of these:
It is not an LED indicator, undo the screw if there is one, pop off the cap and undo the bulb.
If it IS an LED indicator then they aren't generally serviceable. To change the LEDs requires good electronics knowledge and tools, if you had either of these you probably wouldn't be asking about it here.
First thing to do is check that the LEDs are faulty and not that your connections are loose, corroded etc. If the LEDs are dead then replace the indicator.
