Did I mention I'm envious of that powder coated frame?

Thanks, man! I somewhat regret that I didn't get the swingarm powder coated at the same time, but I'll do that next winter instead.

Yet another few pics. Soon it's time to fill her with fluids and start her up... Maybe even this weekend. Man, will I be nervous then...

Agreed, that black frame is awesome. I got my fingers crossed for you firing her up soon!

I should powdercoat my frame, it's actually starting to rust.

Thanks, mate!

Did a little bit of wrenching today as well... Mostly boring stuff, like cutting holes in the plastic battery container to fit quick connectors for the CTEK-charger. But still some progress.

I really hope I'm not boring you guys, but here are some new pics. Today I lengthened the cables going to the headlight setup, put the airbox and carbs back on again after having let the boots sit for a while to fit better, did some cutting into battery box, made sure that all the hoses weren't cracked and fastened them properly. What's left now is the exhaust system, fluids and getting her to run...

Hehe, thanks. You're right about that, at least for now but who knows what the future has in store for me...

Is there any excessive smoke come out of the exhaust? Have you pulled the plugs?
