Default bhg or worse..

Either way I'm dreading pulling the motor/head.. Considering giving the 900 piston/sleeves a try. Anybody got a spare F2 cyl collecting dust they would like to donate?? :-D

I just snatched one engine case on ebay a month ago for $25 in great shape. If you remember I am doing a slow 637cc build. So there are cheap ones floating around.

My Thoughts??? It would be a very cool thing to build. But it will cost a lot of money and no one really to help give you guidance on the build. We have searched for this build via the internet with no results. Then you run into heat issues, getting a custom made head gasket for this build and of course what cams that will fit to let this monster breathe with the right set up of carbs. It would be unique build, but as a side project I would suggest. Definatly, search for help with someone who has actually done this build. But it isn't my money or time to say not to do it. Go for it and hope for the best.

Honestly, if I'm doing all the labor save for machine work and pressing/installing cyl, I dont see where the real expense comes in?? Aftermartket pistons? cheap.. Replacemant cyl? Cheap
