Year: 1994
Location: Connecticut
Elevation: Sea Level
Temperature Range: 30F-90F
Air Filter: K+N Filter
Jet Kit: Factory Pro
Pilot Jet: Stock
Main Jet: 128 factory pro jet
Needle Clip Position: Middle
Fuel Screw Setting: 2 turns out
Exhaust Type: Stock
Exhaust Modified: N/A
Notes: This setup is mostly dialed in but needs some needle-clip fine tuning - currently a tad on the rich side I think. Factory Pro instructions state that K&N filter requires a 134 jet but this made my bike way too rich, and even the 130 jets were too rich, causing hesitation in higher gears. 128 is the correct size for my setup.

THIS IS A GREAT KIT.. this kit includes the main air jet mod witch is good for 2-3 hp on the top((claims factory)) .. i havent went to dyno yet but seat of the paints it does feel stronger up top... the mid-range was a little tough to dail in but once you got it dialed in it will rev quicker and feel much more responsive
if you like that type of power this is the kit for you.. great for street and track..

Year: 1991
Location: Battle Ground, WA, USA
Elevation: apx. 300'
Temperature Range: 40-90F
Air Filter: K&N
Jet Kit: DynoJet stage 1, but adjusted from there.
Pilot Jet: #40
Main Jet: #142
Needle Clip Position: 3rd down from top
Fuel Screw Setting: 2-1/2 out
Exhaust Type: Stock header, TBR cannister
Exhaust Modified: A little bit, removed all the California smog stuff, and slipped on a TBR cannister.
This setup runs a bit fat throughout its throttle range.
I'll add a new post once I get it dialed in...
