this is what they answer to me:
Hello,
Thank you for conatcting us.
Unfortuanteley, we do not have this available.
It was a very unique one-off part that was only for that race bike.
If there is any other questions fell free to conatct us anytime.
Thank You,
now i ask why this kind of modification and if it was for rigidity like said Conrice

Here's a couple of good pics of it.
That's really interesting. We had a member here who was affiliated with that team (I bought official team pistons off of him). That was 6 yrs ago now, I havent seen him on in a while, I wish he would as he could probably shed some more light on it. Those are big chunks of aluminum....

Thanks Marko, now I'm scouring the net for more info....
As if I needed another thing to add to the list...
This is from when Stealh and Demon made the trip to that shop
https://cbrforum.com/forum/cbr-929rr...racing-151980/
And they were only a few feet from it!
I'm curious as to where it attaches to. I just had a look at my bike and tried to figure it out. My only guess is that a 3rd piece sits behind the frame and bolted to it, but that'd be a considerable amount of weight if its solid billet...

I think it was welded something behind to make sure that the piece can be fixed to the bike. here is a picture to show better. if you notice behinde( over left side) you can see welding made to the frame: ( i send another email to Erion and i ask if they can give me the designs used to create this change to see better how and was made , but I do not think I that they will answer me.. maybe I also found who can make them.

That's the best picture yet. You're right, it appears they've welded on a tab to the bottom of the frame, and then that piece bolts to it. It does appear to be the OEM engine stay with holes drilled in it.
I'm not sure its all that complicated to get done. And I like the fact its bolted on.
That guy had 11 posts total from `09-`10, and hasn't signed back on in 5 years.
