1. Remove front seat
2. Remove the 2 allen bolts and 1 plastic screw holding the air duct covers on the bike.
3. Remove 2 bolts at front of gas tank and using prop rod attached to bottom of front seat raise and prop up the gas tank. Place one end of rod in center hole at front of tank and other end in center of triple tree nut.
4. After propping up the tank remove the air duct covers.
5. Behind the side fairings are one black plastic tab that needs pulled out near the radiator. Do not remove it completely. Just loosen it by pulling it out.
6. Remove four plastic screw tabs holding the right and left sides of the fairings together along the bottom.
7. Remove the remaining bolts on each side fairing and remove them.

Its a Bitch on a 954! Follow the advice above. If you have any parts not wanting to let go. There are those little plastic push screws everywhere on the bike! 4 that hold the belly pan together. 1 each in the air rams. 2 on each side of the inner fairings. So dont start Yanking plastic! Just take your time and you will learn.

#5 as well. Its just a plastic button the doesnt come off. Just pull it and it should pop up.

PS. It takes me longer to pull the bodywork than it does to just change the oil......

Lift the back corners from the top where the seat starts to slope down and there is a bolt on each side. You have to bend the corner of the seat to see the bolt.

they're there, just pull back on the seat a little bit. a long t-handle works great if they're allen key heads...
