I just got my bike and im doing an oil change. What is the oil capacity? I put 4 quarts in and it doesnt register on the oil sight much at all. There was no owners manual with the bike. Thanks for your time.

 

4 quarts is too much. I think it is 3.7. Look at the window with the bike level, not on its kickstand.

 

Well I added around 4 qts, started the bike for like 30 seconds, shut it off, placed a block of wood under the kickstand to make it almost completely level. I waited like 5 minutes and the oil is barely on the sight. Is this the correct way to check the oil?
