Unhappy Honda CBR 929RR wont Start

Hey guys I recently purchased my second CBR. This 929 ran fine when i purchased her.

She did sit outside for about 2 weeks uncovered while I was waiting for the bike cover to come in. It rained alot here in Japan during that time.

So when i finally went outside to try to crank her. She wouldnt start.

The battery is new.
The fuel Pump primes.
The bike is in Neutral.
Changed the Fuel to ensure the fuel isnt bad.

Checked for spark. No spark with 2 different coil packs while grounded.
Then checked for 12vdc on each connecter that clips to the coil pack and yet. There is no voltage.

Checked the pulse generator. The pulse generator did not have continuity. So I assume it is working.

Ive been referencing the 929 pdf repair manual.

Im so lost and hope its not the ECM. But dont know how to check the ECM without the special test wire harness.

Any Help is greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.

Did you check the fuse? The power that goes to the coils also goes to the injectors and many other things.

I'm assuming that its cranking...

Yes checked the fuse and she is cranking just no fire. Found the injectors are not getting voltage to them as well

How did you check the fuse? Make sure there is power there and on the other fuses.

I only checked the fuse themselves not the power going to them. Will it show 12v to the fuses when the bike key is on position and the run stop switch turned to run?

Yes it will. In the top of each fuse, there are two access holes to test them. Simply read the voltage on each side of the fuse.

No voltage on each side = power supply problem
Voltage on both sides= good fuse, problem is upstream.
Voltage on one side= bad fuse.

You are looking for a 20a fuse marked FI that's not in the fuse box.

Just checked the power to both ends of the fuse and its good to both. Does that mean the computer is good?

I got my bike running again after cleaning wire connection terminals, and resetting the computer for the fault codes.
