I paid $2500 for my 01' 929 with 37,500 miles. I would say it's a good deal especially with that expensive dampener on it. You can tell that Two Brother's isn't full because it is a bolt on. The full system mufflers don't bolt on they use springs and slide fit, the stock headers bolt the muffler onto the end.

I thought he had it for $2,300 (take it or leave it) yesterday. Now it's $2,200? He must be desperate to sell. If he keeps lowering the price by $100 every day it'll be free by the end of the month.

Offer him $2,000. If he says no tell him to call you if he changes his mind.

You will want to keep the dampener on it. The front end tend to get light at times.
