'97

Needs new 2nd gear (So I will be tearing into the motor)

30k miles

Everything else is in pretty good shape. It's really clean, it's not really missing anything except the middle section of the tail fairing. Paint is good, tires are good.


What's a fair offer that won't insult the guy? He's asking $1,000.

Hard to say. Since it needs motor work, start with $750 and see what he says. In the end it is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it.

depends on if its all original? I would go 750 ish. Not more then 1K.

I picked up a wrecked 98 900RR for 800. Put 1,200 in it to get it back on road complete. Had 39K on it. Came out good. Ebay plastics are ok little fitment issues. Just needs stickers on tank now. 185. for them. it can wait.

ya, i would start at 500..
thats exactly what i paid for a perfect running one last year, whith those colorsw and all the gears working.. remember the snow is still falling
