recently i was trying to sell my bike and it was the victim of an amateur attempt at theft. they tried to punch out the ignition with no luck and cut the ignition harness and tried to splice the three wires together (battery, ignition, and fan i think). since they failed to break the bars loose they decided to add insult to injury by kicking it over rashing the whole left side and breaking all the plastics. i removed the switch and pulled the lock cylinder off to attempt to start it using a screwdriver but i cant even get my lights to turn on. all the fuses are ok but i suck with electrical stuff so im looking for a idea into what may be causing it. help is much appreciated!!
