the calipers are finished w/brembo logo and i got about 1/4 of the wiring done on the cluster enough to see that it works anyway. i am going to wait untill i get the front of the bike put back together to trim the mesh if it even needs it. My next hurdle after this will be to some how put a fuel sending unit in the tank so the fuel gauge will work.

Thanks to Vinman i got the parts i needed to finish the forks, and got the cluster wired up. i got my new clip ons and grips in havent installed them yet i have to measure to see how much i need to adjust the clip ons in. My windscreen also came so i need to figure out how much i need to trim on the mesh mount for the cluster. I still need to fab a bracket for the new speed sensor for the cluster and get the racing alum tire valves installed. im still waiting for my temp/volt readout and my throttle assembley and tube.

i got the forks completely done now, the cluster is wired and mounted, new windscreen installed and i got the clip ons on the bike with most of the controls mounted. i did have to put some vinyl wrap on the windscreen to hide the mesh mounting points i tried to get it to match the paint scheme. the new throttle assembly is supposed to be delivered today so hopefully i can get everything mounted on the clip ons then put the grips on and mount the lighted bar ends. i cant say that i really care for the new clip ons but they are better than the stock ones. the wheels were sent out to a shop to have the new valves installed and rebalanced when i get those back ill bleed the brakes and it should be ridable.

the new clip ons are not a perfect fit with the controls i had to bend the bracket for the brake master cyclinder to make it stand upright again.

i was feeling good because i got all the wiring cleaned up and looking and then it went south from there fast, #1 the new alum throttle assembly i ordered will not fit the bike the throttle cables wont screw into it, then after cleaning up all the wires i did a final check on the cluster it tested out fine until i fired up the bike and then no tach display. After about an hour of reconnecting wires and tearing up all the nice work i had just did ive come to the conclusion thats its the cluster itself so now i get to send emails trying to get a working one and a propley fit throttle assembly .......joy. But for at least a few minutes it looked good.
