'94 turn signal ops delayed when cold
Hoping for some help... stock '94. Turn signals have about 20 second delay (or longer) before they start blinking when it's below about 70 degrees F. I've replaced the turn signal relay - all bulbs are good. Once temps get warm, they work fine; immediate response. Any suggestions would be welcomed! Thanks!!

Bump: I'm having the same problem with a '98 900RR. Turn signals don't work at first, but eventually work just fine after I've been riding for a while. I finally noticed that the colder the weather is, the longer they take to "wake up". I've replaced just about everything but the actual hardware switch on the handlebars. New clicker, new wiring, new soldered connections, ran a whole separate ground between the battery and the frame -- Nothing helps. Any ideas?

mwk900rr: I solved my issue! I bought a new wiring harness. It came complete with the handlebar switches already pre-wired with all connectors. It was perfectly matched to replace the wiring harness on the bike. It took me all of 20 minutes to take the old one out, put then new one in and done. It solved it immediately. Turn signals come on instantaneously - regardless of temperature. I've been looking for the order info but can't find it to send you.
