1999 Blade wont Start??
Hi Guys
I last used my blade around Oct last year but have been starting it in the garage and letting it run for a few minuts now about once a month. On the last of these ocations it ran out of fuel so i switched to reserve and ran it for a few minuets . Now it wont start I have added a couple of liters of fresh fuel and switched from reserve but it still wont start. The starter motor is turning ok and the battery is fine so i am thinking carb trouble or plugs but they were rep[laced last year and done about 2000 miles
Any advice would be great
Thanks in advance guys

i would start by replacing the fuel filter..
also the **** on the gas tank is getting pretty old, i would put it to reserve and then to main multiple times to make sure the valve is operating right!
also you may have just flooded it, maybe wait a day if you dont feel like opening a can of worms..
same thing happened to me last week, one of my bikes started right up and the other gave me trouble much like your description.. and it all started by not having gas in the tank.. anyway once i got it going its been running fine and today was my "official ride of the up coming season"
