99 cbr 600 fuel leak

picked up a 99 cbr 600 the other weak for 430$. got it started but its leaking fuel somewhere near the carbs, cant figure out the exacty position, any ideas on howto find it?

Has it been sitting? My guess is, if its leaking from the carbs, that its a stuck needle valve.

I would be cleaning those carbs, is there a specific reason you got such a deal on it?
