Default 2000 CBR 600 F4 Wont Start

I have a 2000 CBR 600 F4 that I have purchased from another person who on their last ride laid it over. Now I can't get it to start. I can get it to run for a few second on starting fluid, but that is it. When I turn it on by the key, I do not hear the pump priming, and there is no voltage going to the pump. Therefore, no fuel is getting to the carbs. I've tried jumpering the fuel pump directly to the battery, and there was no activity at the pump.

Default Nope

With the cold weather, I haven't had a chance to really check anything out yet with the un-insulated and non-heated garage...

I believe that I am just going to have to brave the cold this weekend. The bike not running is really driving me nuts.

Default Wits End...

I have downloaded the Honda Service Manual and gone through the troubleshooting pages for fuel pump issues. I have replaced the fuel pump, the fuel cut-off relay and still have no fuel pump activity. I ran through the check again and according to the manual I now need to replace the fuel pump transfer relay. being that that relays function is to provide a contact closure, I have tried jumpering the contacts to the fuel cut off relay to bypass the fuel pump transfer relay and am getting the same results. Why won't this damn thing start?

My boss was checking over the schematics here at work and may have found where my problem is. The air vent solenoid valve relay feeds power downstream to everything else. I'll check it tonight and report back what I find.

I forgot to report. We went through the entire electrical system and came back to the fuel pump. The new fuel pump I had installed was bad out of the box. So that being said, it runs great, now...
