Unhappy fork seals

hey guys so i decided to change my fork seals as it was in really bad condition, i removed forks which wasnt that hard so i came to the part where i have to separate the tube or pull tube apart. when i drive them apart i just hear rubber noise not metal noise when im trying to separate and seal dont move and inch (in alot of videos i seen when u try to separate them u hear metal clank noise until u pull them apart) on cbr600 f3 95' there is bottom bolt which on one video i seen guy removing but, bottom bolt is seized and i dont wanna round the nut as i would be stuck with the bolt inside. do i have to remove bottom bolt or its necessary? any suggestions how to remove tube apart? maybe im missing something any help appropriated

I presume these are conventional forks and not upside down, though the process is basically the same.

First, have you removed the fork seal retaining spring/clip?

I watched this video and it helped me a lot

You have to take the bottom bolt out.

Did you take of the snap ring that holds the seal in?

Then bang away. Sometimes they can be tough. What's hanging up is the bushing just below the seal.
