Bought a GSXR-1000 rectifier to replace my busted one. Got one for SV1000. Help?

Default Bought a GSXR-1000 rectifier to replace my busted one. Got one for SV1000. Help?
I bought a rectifier for an '03 GSX-R 1000, but got one for an '03 SV1000. The plugs look right, but I'm not sure. Does anyone with any knowledge of this swap know whether an SV1000 rectifier should work?

The SV1000 uses a 7 wire reglator. I don't see how the connector could look the same, but if it does it may. I think you'd need to consult a wiring diagram for the 2003 SV1000 to be sure.
