Default dielectric grease

Reading the r1 forum... there's a sticky on putting this stuff on all your electrical connectors and terminals... to maximize the output and connectivity for your power system.

It keeps moisture out too and is good for the long run or so they say

does anybody do this?

I go on vacation in June and am thinking of taking all the fairings off and going to town on her.

Yes, I did this on all my connentions on my 93 F2. It just takes a little bit for each connection. Before I put it on, I used an air gun to blow any water out of the connections. I had went riding in the rain the day before and the connections were filled with water.

Anything to stop corrosion! I use the little 99 cent packets you can find at autopart stores. 1 packet will do 2 bikes.
