Default Coolant change

Hi guys another one of my posts, Ive been looking around and find it hard to understand how to replace coolant in the CBR F2 model, is there any easy ways to do this and what coolant do i need? Any videos on the F2 model would be highly desireable. Many thanks.

Remove radiator cap when everything is cool of course. Remove drain screw on water pump. Its the one screw that doesnt look like its holding the water pump together, it has a copper washer under it. And let the **** fly. Put screw back, dont overtighten, top off with your favorite coolant. I use Prestone premix. Run bike up to temp so thermostat opens. Let cool and top off again or put some in your overflow bottle so it sucks it in as it cools. Some people like to flush everything, if you want to do that instead of filling with coolant, fill with water. Run it up to temp, let it cool, drain, fill with water again, repeat til water coming out is as clear as it was when you put it in. Then fill with coolant/anti freeze.

Now where is the fun in that. I prefer to yank off the lower pump hose. And when it finally comes lose and erupts in a geyser of antifreeze, be sure to swing it around wildly in an effort to avoid getting any in the drain pan. That's just how I roll.
