Default Best Cam Timing for F2

I bought an F2 that already has 49 state cams and slotted cam chain sprockets. Bike runs good. I will be degreeing cams to check what the timing is. Is there anyone here with lots of experience that has some cam timing numbers that work best (or at least well or better than stock) for the F2. Or can any point me to someone that does?

Thanks

This might be a stupid question but is there any other way to find out if the cams/timing isnt stock without going into the engine?

Not without taking the valve cover off.

Krux - yes, but not properly. I'll be fixng that. No matter what, it's a slug compared to my other bike making 165HP at the rear wheel...
