Default 1994 F2 Won't start

Hi Guys
I just picked up a 94 F2 with 2200 miles on the clock. The bike is very clean an nice and was running well until today. I have put about 70 miles on it over 4 months or so. I bought the bike in Vegas and just got it delivered home in Texas in an enclosed carrier. I put about 4 miles on it and it drove fine. I decided to let it idle while I was checking the tires and it all of the sudden stopped running and will not start. It tries to start so it has spark but shuts down pretty fast. Can someone help point me in the right direction on what to look for? I will post pics soon.
Thanks
Hector

I guess I'll provide more details as I probably didn't on the original thread. So the bike got delivered today and I had pumped most of the fuel out for transport. When it was delivered, the kill switch was off and I turned it on and the bike started right up. I ran it for a few miles. I got a gallon of fuel and added it to it and let the bike sit for a while. Then decided to go for a ride and started it up. I decided to check the tires before going out and the bike idled well while I was checking the tires. I got done checking the tire pressure and it just died.
So I tried to re-start and it would run for just a second then die but only with the choke on.
Assuming it was bad fuel, I drained the tank and got some more fuel. Still no start.

The bike is a stock 1994 with K&N filter, new iridium spark plugs and Delkevick slip on exhaust. ne thing I have noticed is that it runs a bit sputtery on the low RPMs and then it catches up and runs fine. I wonder if she needs a rejet.

Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks

Another update... I figured out what is wrong, now the fix is not obvious. So the problem is she is not getting fuel. There is no vacuum signal from the engine to open the fuel pet ****. If I suck on the vacuum port, she runs fine which tells me the petcock diaphragm is fine. However, when I hook up the vacuum line from the intake into the petcock it won't open. I put my tongue to the line going to the intake and there is no vacuum.
I replaced the line thinking it may have a hole on it but no vacuum still.
Any ideas on what it could be? Thanks

Did it run normally when it ran or did it seem like maybe it was running on less than 4 cylinders? Switch the vacuum port that operates the petcock. You could take the plug out of 2, put it in 1 and take the port thing out of 1 and put it in 2 then hook up the petcock vacuum hose to #2.

It seemed to run fine before. Like I mentioned a bit of sputtering on the low end. The engine fired right up when I applied mouth suction to the petcock.

I have it all taken apart right now ready to switch vacuum sources.

Thanks

OK, so I am pretty sure I found the problem. Working on putting her back together now. The PO took the vacuum source from the carburetor not the intake manifold. There is plenty of vacuum at the manifold and the carburetor showed not much at all. The bike ran well in Vegas but ran like crud in Texas so I assume it ran well in Vegas due to difference in elevation. I will know more next weekend when I finish assembling it.
