Very pleased!

what did they cost in the end? How did you get hold of the seller, was it just a case of perseverance?

about $86 shipped per pair.
I never got a email back from them, but one evening I thought I'd give it another shot with the checkout process. I noticed a "agree to conditions" box I didn't check before, so I clicked it and everything went through. I never got a confirmation email or tracking number from them, but they showed up on my doorstep about a month later. I was so happy with the fit and quality that I ordered a spare set. I'm in it for the long haul with my cbr1000, so I figure it wouldn't be a bad idea to grab a second set since these 89-92 clear front lenses appear to be getting extremely hard to come by.

Here is a quick pic I just took. Its winter here in the central US, and my rides get extremely spoiled by getting to stay indoors throughout the winter, lol!
I also ordered and installed the clear rear lenses from here in the states as they are cheap and easy to come by. They are a perfect match to the fronts.
very happy with how the bike looks!
Thanks guys!

Stunning....now do yourself a favour and get yourself some silver indicator lamps to get rid of the fried egg look front and rear.

This is a UK eBay advert. I'm sure you can source them elsewhere. They look silver so disappear until they flash when they are orange.

Thank you sir! Honestly the amber lens don't really bother me, but those silver bulbs are such a inexpensive thing to do for a cleaner look, so I'll pick me some up. Thank you

I don't remember seeing any when I was looking, but I wasn't paying much attention to anything above the 92s.
I did see some for the 600 hurricanes.
