I bought a set of plates on e-Bay - they've worked well for me for the last 25000 miles- about $60 I think. Rotella T is a 10w40 oil. Rotella is made for diesel engines,(I think) but works well in our bikes.

When I replaced my clutch I went with a Goodrich kit (plates and springs). Not too dear, since I'm not drag racing, and hasn't slipped once in many kms. Oils are an ongoing topic here so try the search tab for more info than it's natural to want.
