Throttle Issues 87 1000F
ok here goes.. I have a 87 1000f its been apart for quite a while.....were currently building a street fighter out of it... were on the home stretch but having an issue with throttle cables.. We hook the cables up and the throttle is not returning on its own.. weve had this thing apart a dozen times.... tried different positions on the throttle cable bracket that mounts to top of carb... so far best we can come up with is wit the rear most cable hooked up the throttle returns, but as soon as we hook the front cable up and put it into the bracket it seems too tight and stops returning.... I think the throttle assy was bought used so im unsure if it has correct cables or cables installed correctly .. any help would be appreciated
