rear swing arm
would any of you kind gents have some detailed pics of removing a rear swing arm, bolts, bearings, etc.
i'm due a chain and sprocket soon and while i'm down that road, i want to get the back arm powder coated to match the red on my bike to freshen it up.
do i need to do anything with the bushing/bearingd while its in powder process, to ease refitting.
i'm told its a high temp so i don't wanna be damaging it after trying to sort out the refit .
cheerz,,,,,,,,,,,, wasn't my friend on this one.

YES !!!
If you don't remove all the bearings and protect the surfaces you'll end up with messed up bearings and a load of crvp in places you don't want it. I'd suggest you get info from the powdercoater BEFORE you deliver the parts, to avoid huge amounts of extra work !
My 2c worth. Don't forget most places will sandblast the surfaces before coating so you'll have it all in your bearings and such...............
Don't ask me how I know this..............
