Hi all
well yesterday i managed to snap off my left hand mirror (had been snapped and glued so im not as ham fisted as it sounds lol)
so will mirrors off a 92 fit on a 87 bike?

maybe ... just maybe ... there might be a l/h '87/88 mirror in my lockup ... will check over the weekend

 

If you go to a local dealership they should be able to order you something that will fit.

 

Hawk was right when I get home this evening - I'll be able to tell you for certain

I'd hold off on the dealership idea - 89 - 91 & 93 -> are positively not the same ( bolt holes wider apart on 89 - 90)
and ya won't find that in a fiche or manual

 

so is it only 87/88 ones that fit??
makes it harder to track down then
any one got a black left hand mirror (pref in uk) for sale?

I'd hold fire though until you're sure.

 

Like I said, Rob... there just might be one in my lock up ... am working tomorrow/sat/sun but will try to get in there n have a look. If I'm right, it'll need re-painting, but it's useable...
