Default Please Help!

I just replaced sprockets on my 91 cbr1000f.. Everything going great till i went to put the housing back on and couldn't get it to snug up. tried wiggling back tire to get it on but nothing.. Realized bike was in gear so tried to press clutch in and hard as a rock. tried pressing down on the gear lever nothing, cant find neutral. any ideas how to get my bike out of gear with a hard clutch..(besides tryin to bleed it... if i have to, whats the easiest way?)

I had similar problem.
Replace gearchange lever and place pressure on it whilst rotating rear wheel. Forget about the clutch at this time.
This let me change to neutral.
Hope this helps you.
