If you can't find one try to get a photo of one. Take it to a sign writer with the dimensions & have it made. I had a set made for my 87 for about $120. Cheaper than original & once the decal artwork is on file they become cheaper to have remade if necessary. Mine tood a couple hours to have done.

Assuming that you've already tried your local dealer-Honda does/did have individual replacement decals available for sale. You may also be able to use 96 stickers- weren't 97's essentially 96 leftovers. Look here for 96 and 97 Euro colors- http://public.blu.livefilestore.com/...ownload&psid=1 Ron Ayres has the 96 decal listed on their website- http://fiche.ronayers.com/Index.cfm/...p/STRIPE_95-96 You could try also these guys for custom decals. You may be able to get fairly close for pretty cheap- http://www.quickstickers.com/designonline/ Also, update your profile to show your location. I'm guessing you're not in the US since they didn't sell '97's here.
