Default Jack up bones

Evening lads! As part of my fighter project, I would like to raise the rear up by about 2 inches. Would any gent be so kind as to measure the stock dogbones for me? I ask this as Im unsure if they have been fiddled with or changed by a previous owner so mine may not be original to start with!

Thanks lads

They look to be 5 inches from center to center of the holes.

from what i was looking at, i dont know how you can make the dogbones any other lengths without screwing up the whole suspension geometry. maybe im wrong, but the suspension on these bikes is all sorts of wonky compared to newer designs.

Bio, its something I need to experiment with. My bike is already a mixture of components & the front forks have already been dropped by about 2inches. Lifting the back up is a very popular fighter mod & quickens up the steering just a tad.
If it dont work ok, then it will go back to what it was!

i agree with you and id love to know what you figure out. im actually looking to do the opposite and bring mine down. i dont care about handling all that much and just want to lower it for aesthetic reasons.
