Hi all I have been doing some work on the carbs as its a little rough on idle , so new plugs , air filter , Valves within spec , Bench Syncro carbs , cleaned the carbs Jets etc etc ..I was warned to replace the Screw set , the one used to adjust the air flow ,picture shown ,but rang Honda Ireland and the part is no longer available accross the counter , any one out there any ideas ..old part No is 16016-MM5-601 new is 16016-KY2-711 , this is the part for the Screw , spring , washer and rubber seal , all I need is the rubber seal ....now I could put the old ones back in and I may have to ,but I thought I would ask the Cbr bible first

 

I'm not home right now so can't check, but I think they're 3mm 'O' rings.

 

yeah there's oring kits for carbs on ebay - I used to replace mine along with the
Fuel T's and Breather T's
