Hello All:
1994 CBR 1000F motor is being installed in a non motorcycle application , I need to know what these 2 hoses are, Vacuum I think ,,do I have to have them or could they be plugged

Carb overflows I think............not a good idea to plug them.

Just don't tell us you're going to run a farm pump or a wheat thresher - we'll killya !

I think it should be a requirement that all golf carts be able to do well over 100 mph.

WHAT A BLOODY WASTE !
(and it won't be allowed on any golf course I've ever played on)

Still, at least it's in a wheeled vehicle, not a farm pump ...............

Vacuum you can plug them or hook them together. I plugged mine and sealed the plug with some rtv so it won't fall out.
