Default Grip Recommendations

I picked up a set of raised clipon's from ranchome (that he originally got from Sprock) and I need some recommendations for comfortable grips. Keep in mind that I'll be "commuting" about 1200 miles roundtrip to work this summer, so comfort is a must. What's a good, comfortable set of grips?

Thanks

I have Foamies on most of mine - comfortable cheap & expendable , but usually last only a season. At 7 or 8 bucks - that's okay with me.

Link : Sample

Thanks for the link Sprock. I forgot to mention I have a crampbuster on the throttle, so I'm not too sure how well foamies would work.

I know you said Summer but I love my Oxford heated grips. Even as just grips they're good and... grippy... Plus they're obviously great when Summer's over! That's gonna be a first upgrade for any bike I get in the future. I love the gran turismos on my old CB550 but I'm considering Oxfords for that too.

Ive been looking for something similar too... The stock grips wear on my hands... Anyone using Jel grips? If so how are you liking them

Idea of Foam is not appealing to me

i recently got these

Pro Grip 719 RVGS Open End Gel Grip - Street Motorcycle - Motorcycle Superstore

theyre inexpensive, very comfortable. and they fit on the bars very tight so theres really no need to glue them on.

Yep. summer. I had a set of Symtec 5 zone grips on my old ATV and loved them. I haven't passed on the idea of heated grips, though. I went for a quick ride today with my new Alpinestars "wind block" gloves and while they do block the wind, they don't stay very warm.
