I was just looking through EBay here in the UK and found a couple of "new, old stock" body panels for sale for the CBR1000FH/FJ .... as these are as rare as rockin horse poo, I just thought I'd mention it, just in case someone needs 'em! There not mine, just hope it helps someone out!

With the present exchange rate (1.00 GBP = 1.55808 USD), those prices are pretty good IMO, especially considering they are "new". Of course S&H to the USA would be expensive.

 

If I had that model of bike I'd jump straight on these. When parts for these bikes are at a premium you gotta take the opportunity to jump on bits and pieces when they come up. Expensive yes but good to hold in stock in the garage for the inevitable fall over or get off.

 

That's why I recently bought a exact match parts bike for my '87. Body panels are a mix ranging from excellent to poor. All can be used with minor repair.
