Caio bc30se, I disassembled the oil pump and is visible tensioner alternator and its chain. you can only remove the two bolts below the tensioner. The third, the upper one, is not accessible. Has anyone tried to remove the alternator's tensioner without opening the engine? The chain oil pump replaced and purchased is closed and the particular honda 15161MM5003. It normally opens with the chain tool.

Ok, I will try to find a replacement, you can open a regular alternator chain with the chain tool as well.
You can access the alternator chain if you follow the instructions by this guy:
Replacing the alternator damper on your CBR1000F Honda motorcycle
At one moment he uses a wire to hold the alternator chain in place. I am almost sure that you can make it drop and relink it once it is down, then pull it back with a wire in its place. It should work...

It is a bit difficult but can be done. Hook the chain with the wire, slide it down, after removing the oil pump, and fit a new chain alternator. The problem is: if you can remove the tensioner from the window of the alternator. Do you have any other information about? The footage was very helpful. thanks

Hey friend, I am going to work on mine next month because I don't have time on my hands right now so I can't offer too much help to you right now...
The only insight I can get is from a friend of mine who seized his CBR something like 2 weeks ago and soon he will be throwing the engine out so I will be able to drop the oil pan and look for myself at his bashed engine... even before I open mine..
I will be taking photos and updating...

I disassembled the tank, carburetors, airbox, the starter motor, under the cup, the oil pump, clutch actuator, the generator. The generator is what gave the most trouble. Removed the generator you see the third tensioner bolt and can not be removed because mounted on the gear shift. There is no room to remove it. The auction with the tensioner spring is blown out and there was no way of inset. I lost a whole day with useless attempts. He slips but does not fall into the guide rack. I thought I'd change it to not disassemble the engine. I took a bolt partially threaded MA 6x60, I deleted a centimeter of thread to make it the same length of the piston original, I put the old spring, I slipped into the guide hole of the tensioner and I screwed a nut from the saucer with a point welding not unscrew. I replaced the old chain, dropped in the cup, with a new advance laddered. I reinstalled everything but it was a big job. No more noise. Greetings

So one more time, you just used a longer bolt on the tensioner leaving the old chain???
aaa I see, you just got rid of the tensioner assembly and welded a nut on the tensioner arm so you just made a manual tensioner.
Not too bad if you want to sell the rattly bike
And you say you just couldn't get the gear out so that the chain could slip down?
