I have 145 mains, fuel consumption is between 9.5 litres per 100km(US 24.7MPG) at worst to 7.5 litres per 100kmUS 31.3MPG) at best.

I can understand why you want FI in an older carb/ CBR-RR, But "Dude" why would You?? The money it would cost you? You might as well get a 2002/2003 CBR900RR & spend $ on that as although a short production, They are excellent bang for the $$, as well as their after market & wrecking parts being super cheep!! They are a very strong engine, so long as you get one with a cared for gear box, & has been fitted with a manual CCT early in it's years. This should be the way to go for you, but if you still want to stay on that carb to FI road ? let me know if you make it? C.W
