Here's a link to a Ebay U.K. vendor. Selsct your size and material and you should good to go. I'd opt for the stainless, myself.
TBOLT Hose Pipe Clamps Clips - Stainless or Zinc T Bolt - Mikalor Type Band | eBay
The specs say the band width is 24mm. Seems kinda wide.

Hi
My recollection is that the rubbers slightly raised flanges(for want of a better description) that locate the clamps in the correct position both laterally and radially to ensure that they clamp in the correct position and that the adjusting/tightening screws are accessable and do not roll away from the screwdriver as you try to tighten them. Maybe there are a narrow band type of hose clamp available in your area otherwise you may well be stuck with genuine.

Go to Wemoto. I bought a set of the rubbers and clips from them a couple of years ago. They sent the wrong ones the first time but got me the correct ones within a few days and they weren't that expensive.
Wemoto are a good little company based near Brighton, Hawks neck of the woods. They have a good website but you'll need to phone or email for these. Make sure they know exactly which model you have.
I would not recommend using ordinary jubilee clips. If the rubbers are in good shape you don't need a huge amount of clamping force. Too much could deform them and make matters worse.
Good luck.

Having spoke to David Silvers Honda Spares I have learnt that the clips are marked as A and B type. To do with which way they point to tighten. Does anyone know which is the A and which is the B type. I never realized when I took it apart and now are in a box waiting for the new rubbers I have ordered. Hope I haven't bitten off more than I can chew. Not confident at all....

John, give WeMoto a call, forgot all about them until Henry reminded me. I use them for parts a lot, they are a good company and most of the guys that work there are bikers as well. Link to their website here :-
Honda CBR 1000 FM/FN 91-92 Parts at Wemoto - The UK's No.1 On-Line Motorcycle Parts Retailer
As a side note John, what happened to your old ones? They're not normally the type of thing I'd expect you'd need to replace.
