I'm assuming the bike isnt getting fuel to the carbs. I've removed the gas tank, cleaned it out, as well as the pitcock. The only time it will run is when there is engine start spraying into the carbs.

How do I check if their getting fuel? Could something be sticking? I need help!
It's probably the vacuum side of the petcock valve. There is a vacuum line that pulls vacuum to open the valve to allow fuel to run to the carbs. The vacuum line is probably disconnected or leaking.

There is a link to my photo bucket. It's the only picture on there. That piece was just sitting in between the right two carbs, not connected to anything.

The hard T breather feeds the top end diaphragm section of those two carbs
and should be connected between the those carbs. In of itself it would not
prevent the bike running but in wet weather water would get in there which
is why the breather T and pipe is necessary.

So while you need to install this - it's not the issue preventing it running

Did you find the vacuum line running from carb one (1st left) running to the rear of
the petcock ?

Yes. I have the carb pulled and it doesn't seem to have any cracks and seems to be on well. When I lifted the carbs up from the frame gas came pouring out of the line. I'm thinking the floaters are not set right, and it's allowing too mch fuel in. But that wouldn't make sense because the fuel would be in the carb, but it wouldn't be letting it through.

I also noticed.. Without loosing any bolts, the two carbs on the left side came out of the hole with ease. They were incredibly loose and had no resistance. They just popped right out.

Normal for gas to pour back out. Hmm yes the manifold to carb rubbers should all
be air tight. Do all the carbs have a black rubber cap and clip (4 total ) 1 per carb ?

Did you find the vacuum line from carb one to the petcock ?

They each have a clamp, two of them just weren't tight. And yes I found the vacuum line.

Okay good, the clamps good , so on the top of each carb is also a vacuum port
for syncing the carbs , each one should have a black rubber cap and not be left
open ? You see 4 black caps one per carb ?

I took two more pictures and uploaded them to my phot bucket. I can't seem to find what you're talking about. The first one is the top of the carbs, and the second one is of a small open hole lever. The open hole lever is on the left two carbs, but that space is open on the right two. The lever isn't there.

Weird I only have caps on 2 & 3, 1 & 4 go to a bunch of other hoses.
Could also be the carbs are so out of sync, I've had that and it would not start.
Either way couldn't hurt to pop the tops off the carbs and make sure the floats are sliding and every thing is looking clean.

Yeah I'm going to check the floaters under the carbs. I popped the tops off and the metal thing was straight and everything was clean.
