Update: It rained today so I had time to tear into the CBR and Sprock was right, only someone else had repaired the 3 Way T and fudged it.
Item 1: The Radiator Cap needs replaced
Inside clamp on the 3 Way was never tight, it fell into my hands.
Asking the Experts again but it appears the 3 Way has been cut down to aid in installation. It has very little surface area to grip onto the hose. Pictures included.

Well and truly fudged it by the looks of it. Some of us were fortunate to have a good member here "CBR1988" fabricate stainless replacements for us. Worth a PM if you

Advice taken and message sent, nice piece instead of plastic.
I removed the left side fairing tonight and drug the cross hose out, drained the rest of the system. It will be no problem to reassemble the correct way with tight clamps. Going to replace all hoses I touch in the process.
Patiently awaits CBR1988's response.
